we like the beautiful, quiet hopeless days very much. large, clean room and loving care of the landlords were extremely pleasant. breakfast was excellent. in the whole house one noticed everywhere the nice and attentive kind of the landlords.
there is only one thing to say: it is nice that there is a bath tub, nevertheless there should be a shower in the tub. would be much more practical than feeling the tub twice a day to wash yourself. even if there is a net tin jug to pour water over your head.

All the facilities are excellent, neat hotel, its location is quiet hard to see the house name on the gate if driving down the hill. Would go back in flash, enjoyed our real good stay here.

enjoyable walks with fine views and nearby attractions
I recently had an amazing night in a king room with sea view, enjoying the lovely quiet atmosphere and amazing 180-degree views over Tor Bay. It was just a short stroll to beautiful Paignton Beach and the charming Cockington Country Park, perfect for my weekend city strolls.

well managed bed& breakfast, large room with view over the bay, delicious breakfast with lovingly selected dishes, here simply everything is right.
place paignton is rather suboptimal, one of those typical english seaside resorts with bingo, slot machines on the pier and fish & chips...

great stay but missing a few amenities
The self check-in process was fast and easy. The room offered ample space for my family with my lively grandson.
The lack of additional amenities could be improved.

The room was lovely with a fine view over the bay, and I couldn't resist that delicious cake in reception. I enjoyed unwinding on the sun terrace and relaxing in the garden area. It was a bit odd to have a separate bathroom, but it was right next door and had fantastic amenities. Totally recommend trying the homemade sourdough at breakfast! 😊
